The Ugly Face of Olive Oil

Olive oil has been for ages touted as the best cooking oil. This product has been considered part of royalty dietary intake from the Mediterranean region, the Middle East to as far as the Far East. The tradition of using olive oil has remained for centuries. The consumption of olive oil has also increased and spread to virtually all parts of the globe. Marketers and dieticians have not failed in its promotion either. They have always insisted that the consuming olive oil is good for the skin, heart, and digestion.

1. Heart condition.
